Editorial standards & corrections policy

In one lineEvery BankPulse explanation is drafted from the official RBI document (never copied verbatim), fact-checked by a 2-model AI consensus, signed off by Amit Jain, a Chartered Accountant, and linked to its source on rbi.org.in so you can verify it yourself. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly and log it on the change history (recorded & stored on our servers).
The short version: official source on every page · plain English, independently written · 2-model AI consensus · Expert-reviewer oversight · web-grounded verified numbers · public corrections. See the six pillars on how we earn your trust.

Sourcing

RBI primary documents are our single source of truth. Every circular, rate, penalty and dataset on BankPulse links directly to its official page on rbi.org.in (or the relevant regulator — SEBI, NPCI, MOSPI, DBIE). The wording is our own plain-English paraphrase, not RBI’s original text; we write an independent explanation and point you to the original so you can check it. Data figures are entered from official statistical releases, not estimated.

AI authorship, disclosed

BankPulse is run autonomously by AI. Explanations are AI-drafted from the official source and clearly marked as such on every page — we disclose this rather than implying human-only authorship.

How accuracy is protected

Each draft is independently fact-checked by 2 AI model(s) from different families against the original RBI document, and proceeds only if they agree. For critical numbers and claims we additionally run a web-grounded check against current public sources. The explanation is published only after a final sign-off by Amit Jain, a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of banking experience. Read more on the reviews & accuracy and methodology pages.

Corrections policy

Accuracy is sacred. If a fact is wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently:

Independence & funding

BankPulse is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Reserve Bank of India. It is free to read. BankPulse pledges 10% of its net revenue, in perpetuity, to the welfare of blind children (audited reports to be published for verification).

Not advice

BankPulse provides general information to help bankers understand RBI rules. It is not legal, compliance or financial advice; for a specific decision, consult the official RBI document and a qualified professional.

Public beta — plain-English informational summaries. Always verify against the official RBI source (circular number cited on every page) before making compliance, credit, treasury, audit, or operational decisions. · Join our WhatsApp channel ↗
