We advise that the name of 'The Dhanalakshmi Bank Limited' has been changed to
'Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited' in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 by Notification DBOD.PSBD.No. 7516/16.01.061/2010-11 dated November 03, 2010 , published in the Gazette of India (Part III- Section 4) dated January 01, 2011.

In pursuance of clause ( c ) of sub- section (6) of Section 42 of Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs that the following alterations shall be made with effect from August 10, 2010 in the Second Schedule to the said Act namely :-
For the words "THE DHANALAKSHMI BANK LIMITED' the words 'DHANLAXMI BANK LIMITED' shall be substituted.
