What changed
RBI has withdrawn the Master Circular dated April 5, 2021, on DAY-NULM and other related circulars listed in the Annex. This withdrawal is effective from October 1, 2024.

Banks are no longer required to submit returns prescribed in the aforesaid circulars. This withdrawal is a result of the official conclusion of the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) on September 30, 2024.
