The two deputation posts are for serving public sector bank officers (3 years, with the option of absorption later at NHB's discretion). The company secretary post is a 3-year contract at Rs 3.50 lakh a month with housing and conveyance. Relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories follows government rules.
