1. Start PPI statistics
Send PPI Statistics data in CIMS for December 2025 onwards.
2. Use CIMS portal
File both returns only through the CIMS website link given by RBI.
3. Example monthly due
The December 2025 monthly return is due by January 07, 2026.
4. Example quarterly due
The December 2025 quarter return is due by January 10, 2026.

All prepaid payment instrument issuers must follow these return rules.
2. Create user logins
Admin users must create logins for staff who will file these two returns.

Send PPI grievance data in CIMS from the December 2025 quarter.
